Update from Young & Co on our response to Coronavirus
In response to the updated guidance from the government on staying at home, our office is closed to visitors until further notice.
All our staff are now working from home. We are able to provide all of our normal services, although you may find that response times may be slower on occasions.
All staff have access to their emails as usual. Some colleagues have work mobile phones and you can call or text on these numbers during office hours. If you need to speak to someone urgently, you can still call on our main office number 01432 263282 during office hours to arrange a call back.
We are still receiving post at the office and this is being collected daily. However, we would prefer you to send us information by email or through online cloud storage wherever possible.
If you need to drop off records in person, please call 01432 263282 and our office manager, Andrea, will try to make suitable arrangements with you. This may involve you bringing records to the office at a certain time and then leaving them there in quarantine before we are able to start work on them. This must of course be done in accordance with the government’s instructions on staying at home.
We will not be holding face to face meetings until the restrictions are lifted. Meetings will be carried out over the phone or by video conference.
We will let you know of any other changes that affect you as they happen.

There is also a news feed on our website at www.youngand.co.uk which is being updated daily with summaries of the latest changes.
