History

The practice was founded by Andrew Young in 1984 with Ian Griffiths joining in 1991 and Lewis Rogers in 1993.  The practice expanded rapidly and moved to Commercial Chambers in 1996.  Ian became the senior partner in early 2000 and Andrew left, due to ill health, in late 2000.  Due to continuing expansion, the practice had to acquire larger and more prestigious premises and moved to its current location in December 2002.
